Your project brief and audit details
The audit form sends your name, email, website address, goals and any notes to hello@postordinary.com so we can review your website and respond.
The contact form sends your name, email, selected services and project details to hello@postordinary.com so we can respond and discuss your project. Submission does not automatically book an appointment. The form handler does not keep a separate submission database; emails are held by our email provider. Avoid including sensitive personal information.
Storage and tracking
Form submissions are processed by our WordPress hosting server and email provider. A temporary, hashed IP-based counter limits repeated requests for up to 15 minutes. It is not included in enquiry emails. Fonts and images are served with the site. The hosting service may separately process access and connection information. Provider retention periods and other installed integrations remain subject to review.
Future booking and contact
Consultation bookings are handled by Calendly. When you follow a booking link, Calendly collects the information you provide and processes your booking under its own privacy policy.
