Approach / How we work

A great website is only half the story. The other half is how people find it. We look after both, so they work as one.

Every impression.Working together.

Marketing

Give the right people a reason to find you.

Your website

Give them a reason to stay, trust, and act.

Together

One studio. One story. Both sides of the experience.

When the website and the marketing are planned together, every ad, post and email leads somewhere that keeps the promise. People arrive expecting one thing and find exactly that. That is where trust starts, and where enquiries come from.

02 / What we hold toFour working principles

Our principles

01

One story, everywhere.

Your site, your ads and your content say the same thing in the same voice, so every first impression points the same way.

02

You talk to the makers.

You speak directly with the people designing, building and running your project. No hand-offs, no game of telephone.

03

Agreed before we begin.

Scope, price, timing and support are written into your proposal before any paid work starts. No surprises later.

04

Start small, build on it.

Begin with one service: a website, a redesign or a campaign. Add more when it makes sense for your business.

03 / The processFrom the first call to what comes next

Every project moves through the same clear stages, with set points where you review the work. You always know what's happening and what we need from you.

A clear process.
A real conversation.

  1. 01

    Conversation

We start with your goals, your customers and the sites and brands you admire.

    You get
    • An honest read on what will move the needle
    • A recommended starting point
    We need
    • A short call and your goals
    • Any references you love or dislike
  2. 02

    Proposal & direction

We agree on scope, platform, price and milestones, then set the creative direction together.

    You get
    • A written proposal with scope and timeline
    • A platform recommendation
    We need
    • Your sign-off on the proposal
    • Brand assets and access
  3. 03

    Design

Key pages and layouts come first, so you can see the direction before anything is built.

    You get
    • Designs to review at agreed checkpoints
    • Revisions based on your feedback
    We need
    • Feedback within the review window
    • Final copy and images
  4. 04

    Build & launch

We develop on WordPress, Next.js or a suitable commerce platform, test it, and launch it.

    You get
    • A tested site on desktop and mobile
    • A handover of how to update it
    We need
    • A final review before launch
    • Domain and hosting access
  5. 05

    Grow

If you want it, marketing picks up where the launch leaves off: social, paid, email, content and creators.

    You get
    • Campaigns that lead back to your site
    • Ongoing support, if agreed
    We need
    • A separately agreed scope
    • Ad budget, where applicable
04 / Why bothTwo crafts. One team.

Every impression has somewhere to lead.

Marketing creates attention. Your website turns it into trust and action. When one team plans both, nothing gets lost in between.

  1. Marketing

    Attention

Social, paid ads, creator content and email bring the right people to you, with a message they recognise.

  2. Website

    Trust

They land on a page that continues the same story: clear, fast and easy to use on any device.

  3. Your business

    Action

A simple path to an enquiry, a booking or a purchase, with no dead ends on the way.

Prefer to start with just one side? That works too. You don't need to commit to everything.

05 / Craft

Considered,
not templated.

Every site starts from your business, not a theme. Type, image, space and pacing are chosen to make your offer clear and your brand unmistakable, then built to load fast and work on every screen.

06 / Before we begin

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can we start with just one service?

Yes. Start with a website, a redesign, a campaign or a specific creative project. You don't need to commit to every service.

How much input will I have?

Your ideas are part of the process. We agree on a direction together, share the work at set checkpoints, and refine it with your feedback before development and launch.

Which platform will you use?

We choose based on your content, features and how you want to maintain the site. That might be WordPress, Next.js or a suitable commerce platform. The recommendation is in your proposal.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope, how ready your content is, integrations and the review schedule. Your proposal includes a realistic delivery plan with agreed milestones.

What happens after launch?

We hand over the website and agree on any ongoing support or marketing separately. Availability, responsibilities and response times are set out in that scope.
